Business & Biodiversity Projects (B&B)
During the Portuguese presidency of the European Union in 2007, the National Institute for Nature and Biodiversity Conservation (ICNB) launched the Business & Biodiversity initiative. This program promotes, through voluntary long-term agreements, the introduction of biodiversity as an element of the strategy and policies of companies.
As a biodiversity expert, Bio3 develops and implements projects for companies that wish to join the initiative, including plans for development, management and monitoring biodiversity.
