Degree in Biology Applied to Terrestrial Animal Resources by the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon. Master in Geographic Information Systems by the Technical Higher Institute - Technical University of Lisbon.

Ana has developed research studies relating to the conservation of endangered species, ecology and geographic information systems as a tool for ecological modeling. In early 2008 Ana started collaborating with Bio3 where she has participated in several surveying activities, mainly related to birds. In November 2009 she become project manager.

David Teixeira is an indelible mark on the team spirit that guides Bio3. It is with pride and admiration that we remember his professionalism, dedication, commitment and friendship. David was a biologist with multiple competences and part of his work was focused on the ecology and conservation of bats. David participated in various monitoring and biological studies executed by Bio3.
 
As a tribute to his contribution to Bio3 it was decided that is name won't be removed from our staff list. David, you'll always be with us.
